Provider and acceptance

Velora PublicLink Control Lite is provided by Treelity Ltd, trading as Velora. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

Licence and permitted use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use the app for your internal business purposes. The Lite app is free. You must not misuse, resell, unlawfully reverse engineer, or use it to interfere with Salesforce or another system.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your Salesforce configuration, authorised users, scan settings, and decisions made from the app’s findings. Risk scores are informational and are not a guarantee of security or compliance.

Availability and liability

The app is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treelity Ltd does not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms. Material changes will be published here with a revised effective date. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
